Professional food stylist, recipe developer, consultant and food writer

Steffi has over 10 years experience styling food and writing recipes for some of the UK’s most well-know brands.  With a background in the art world, she has a razor sharp eye for detail and composition, striving to get the perfect shot every time.

Whether it’s burger building, chicken skin surgery or pizza prowess, Steffi’s reliable and hard working nature means she’s frequently the first port of call for PR companies, celebrity chefs, publishers, global and domestic brands, advertising agencies and production companies. Her experience covers print media, advertising, TVCs, packaging and social media.

Her cookbook, Lagom: The Swedish Art of Harmonious Eating, was published in 2017 with Quadrille.  She has also ghost written other cookbooks for chefs and brands.  She teaches Scandinavian cookery classes and regularly writes and comments about Scandinavian and Swedish food in print, online and radio.

Steffi is originally from Sweden and has lived in Brussels, Florence, New York and Northern England before settling in London where she trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine.  There, she won their BBC Good Food award, working at the magazine before going freelance.
